These Terms of Service govern your use of the truenumb platform, operated by Fern Consulting Limited (company number: 13903834), registered at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, trading as truenumb.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Truenumb is a cloud-based data management platform that allows businesses to create, manage, review and share official company datasets. We provide the platform on a subscription basis.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately at hello@truenumb.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• Each account is for use by the named individual only and must not be shared

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or share data that infringes the rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the platform
• Use the platform to transmit malicious code or harmful content

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Access to the platform requires a paid subscription following the free trial period
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

5. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform. At the end of the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the service. We reserve the right to end or modify the trial offering at any time.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the platform. We process your data only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance from time to time and will endeavour to minimise disruption. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fern Consulting Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@truenumb.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
